Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮江春是我公司老闆的飯堂, 因為跟公司很近, 5分鐘入便到達, 最適合與客人進餐。其實之前Lunch都經常有來這間潮江春與同事、老闆飲茶, 質素都唔錯。是晚老闆約了客人食晚飯, 帶埋我去見客。有免費飯食, 作為窮L當然不會拒絕。由於老闆講求效率, 即使叫餐也如是, 連看餐牌揀菜式的時間都不想浪費, 於是就著我點左一個有匯豐信用卡才可享用的四人套餐。該套餐有個湯、滷水拼盤、蒸魚同埋一個沙拉醬骨。原本頭幾樣野都OK架, 特別係個湯, 真係有花膠同細半隻雞, 亦好清, 無味精。而條魚雖然得半條到, 但質素都可以, 唔會話好柴。但一上碟沙拉醬骨, 我就打個突啦, 亦令我萌生要寫呢篇食評。呢個餐for四人用, 雖然我唔會Expect份量好多, 但起碼都「得體」。呢幅相係碟野一上台我就影, 並無食過先影。一黎到, 我地都打個突, 話「唔係嘛, 咁既樣」。一係隻碟就細D, 唔好搞到個樣咁寒酸啦, 就算一人兩舊肉都唔緊要, 起碼唔好好似半碟上咁既樣, 碟野可以擺得好睇D咁。特別因為係同客人食飯, 梗係唔會想咁核突, 但呢碟沙拉醬骨令到大家都好尷尬囉, 好似要就住就住咁食。雖然係套餐既, 但都可以做得再

一係隻碟就細D, 唔好搞到個樣咁寒酸啦, 就算一人兩舊肉都唔緊要, 起碼唔好好似半碟上咁既樣, 碟野可以擺得好睇D咁。
特別因為係同客人食飯, 梗係唔會想咁核突, 但呢碟沙拉醬骨令到大家都好尷尬囉, 好似要就住就住咁食。
雖然係套餐既, 但都可以做得再好D, 唔好搞到個客咁尷尬呀, 真係好似俾人食左半碟先拎上台囉。
