To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

坐輕鐵入元朗看電影，時間尚早，想起同事極力推薦的洪水橋奶茶王，於是慕名而往。店就在馬路邊，不難找。奶茶幾乎是每桌食客都點著，不執輸的我們也點了一對，一熱一凍，再加一碟星州炒米。熱奶茶茶味濃厚，的確不俗，只是略嫌澀口，不夠滑身。凍奶茶滑身，小弟不嗜甜，故有感稍稍過甜，下回再點杯少甜的，定必大快頤朵。星州炒米鑊氣十足，惹味非常，只是稍油一點，但已屬中上之作了。價錢大眾化，並沒有恃名宰客；我，欣賞。
