To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天二人入屯門探親友，順道試下奶茶王。之前看見前食評者上載照片，看見星洲炒米和瑞士汁牛肉炒河頗吸引，決定來這兒午餐當然奶茶王才是主角，而咖啡是每天在家必喝的，但今天撰擇在這兒喝，看看是否有驚喜。全部食物試齊，星洲炒米和瑞士汁牛肉炒河同其他茶餐廳的味道差不多，不難吃、亦不算好吃，而咖啡也一般而已，而主角熱奶茶王卻真的很有獨特的茶味，而且很香滑品嚐每一口都是享受面對水吧檯，也看到奶茶王師傅本人，(之前擔心一場來到，要是他休息便白來了}這麼遠來嚐一下，沒有失望而回
