曾幾何時去日本旅行,排 Gram 都係指定動作。自從香港有分店之後想食就變得簡單,而家由銅鑼灣搬咗去尖沙咀,來到門口已經見到棵樹。好耐冇食,除左招牌班戟都出左好多創新班戟。焦糖脆脆 $118將 Lotus 餅由配雪糕變成班戟,將膠套抽出,豐富奶蓋即時流入班戟。鬆軟班戟,焦糖脆脆,鹹甜滋味,再加一口Lotus 餅,令人好享受。意大利芝士蛋糕班戟 $118將班戟同Tiramisu味結合,中間再加入吉士,碟中仲有朱古粉混合咖啡粉,營造苦中帶甜的味道,好有層次感。
