本身同朋友係將軍澳行完山,佢推薦左我哋去九龍城嘅呢間泰國餐廳。之前喺銅鑼灣食過一次,覺得好似冇乜特別係個湯底唔同啲嘅河咁。但係今次食完真係有啲出乎意料之外。首先就講吓個環境先啦,一行入去望到啲環境佈置,甚至係一張電影嘅海報都可以見到,老闆係真係俾咗心機落去做㗎,佢可以好好咁樣突顯左香港同泰國嘅特色跟住就講吓啲嘢食先,因為我哋有三個人所以就嗌咗三碗船河、一個青木瓜同一個炸豬皮。餐牌我就冇影相曬,不過個青沙律都有跟一杯嘢飲㗎。呢碗睇落清清地嘅,就係清湯酸辣肉碎河。我個人就最鍾意呢碗,因為酸得來又幾清新,唔係一味死酸個隻,好似啲檸檬汁為嘅感覺咁。辣得來啱啱好,唔會話辣到食唔到咁嘅款。跟住就到呢間店嘅主角,昭拍耶船河。船可本身嘅煮法係加左豬血或者牛血,我本身就冇做齊資料蒐集啦,唔知呢間嘅係咩血。但係唔好一聽到個血字就唔敢食,因為湯底食落係完全唔腥,反而有好濃郁嘅香味,再加埋一啲香料其實真係好鬼死正㗎。重點係個湯底飲完唔會太鹹,亦都唔會好似某啲連鎖嘅粉面店,食完會好想飲水,一切都係啱啱好。講吓個面底啊,聽返同行嘅朋友講,呢間嘅粉呢唔係一般嘅泰粉,佢係有啲煙韌咁嘅,可以令到佢浸係湯底唔會好碎,但又

講吓個面底啊,聽返同行嘅朋友講,呢間嘅粉呢唔係一般嘅泰粉,佢係有啲煙韌咁嘅,可以令到佢浸係湯底唔會好碎,但又唔會太硬。同時,佢配料充足,芽菜就一定有㗎啦,啲豬肉同肉丸呢就不過不失啦,冇乜令我留低深刻嘅印象。但係有種可以食到每一啖都有啲配料嘅感覺,自問貪心嘅我就最鍾意啦!

同啲朋友額外嗌多咗碗炸豬皮,其實本身會碗河都有嘅,如果係就咁食呢脆卜卜得來又唔會話好油,如果係真係湯度食,就會有少少腍身,同有咬口尐。

跟住就到青木瓜沙律啦,有種酸甜辣嘅感覺,上面又曬咗啲花生。辣度呢就高少少,好夠刺激。花生嘅香氣同埋佢原本個醬汁好夾,做開胃小菜都好合適,如果平時想嘆個冇咁罪惡嘅下午茶就好適合嘞。

最後要講埋呢杯龍眼冰,我本身呢就完全冇飲過龍眼冰呢樣嘢嘅,嗌咗嗰陣呢係抱住一種伏就伏啦嘅感覺。
但係點知佢個香甜味真係俘虜咗我,再加埋裏面嘅幾粒圓玉,有得食有得飲,令我覺得物超所值。

如果可以我會再encore,或者你有機會去九龍城探秘嗰陣都不妨留意吓呢間野吖
