晚市終於開返,可以出街食飯!特登同妹妹book咗鐵板燒。呢間餐廳門口已經好有格調,好鍾意佢嘅裝修風格,好有高級日式感!鐵板燒分別有兩個套餐,我哋選擇咗槐套餐。前菜係昆布豆腐,沙律配芝麻沙律汁。沙律入面有好多款不同嘅蔬菜,全部都好新鮮,配埋芝麻汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃!呢個套餐入面有鮑魚,帆立貝,馬友魚同埋鹿兒島和牛,全部都係我好鍾意食嘅嘢!澳洲鮑魚超大隻,好新鮮,師傅將鮑魚煮成兩食,首先將舞茸菇切碎然後炸,再將鮑魚薄切配紫菜汁,味道好豐富,配埋舞茸菇一齊食,好有口感!然後厚切鮑魚,就用牛油同醬油做醬汁,食鮑魚嘅原味,一次過可以食到兩種唔同嘅感覺,好滿足。帆立貝好大隻,用日本高湯去煮,最特別嘅係仲有膏,第一次食,感覺好新鮮!入面仲有雜菇同埋裙邊,最後師傅配上食用菊花同魚子醬喺上面,好睇又好食!魚方面今日我哋食嘅係本地馬友,師傅先將魚皮用炸嘅做法,然後魚肉就係用蒸焗嘅做法,個種味道係想像唔到嘅咁好食!個皮好香脆,魚肉好鮮嫩,另外魚肉用昆布醃漬過,所以煮嘅時候唔需要加任何調味料,已經好夠味。醬汁方面用咗柚子酸汁同紫菜粉,食完之後仲可以食旁邊嘅龍珠果清味蕾,好貼心!馬來西亞草蝦原來係咁大隻!師傅刀工

師傅刀工好好,好快咁就將下冊件,然後用蝦頭嘅蝦膏煮成醬汁,鮮味濃郁,蝦肉好結實而且有彈性,冇諗過咁大隻蝦肉質竟然會咁好食,再配上日本青椒仔,係完美嘅配搭。

最後係食鹿兒島和牛,師傅建議七成熟,因為唔會好油,而且食落去會好有油香。

最後炒飯用咗九州蛋同宮崎縣煙肉,簡直係日本版嘅黯然銷魂飯,雖然好飽,但係我都堅持食晒佢,因為真係太好食😋

首先食咗靜岡蜜瓜,蜜瓜好鮮甜,然後師傅用焦糖整咗一個麵包出嚟,再配上拔絲,賣相好靚!整體來講,今餐飯無可挑剔,店員服務好細心,師傅都好用心咁樣煮嘢食同埋講解俾我哋聽,服務同埋食物質素都一流!
