To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食日本嘢通常都唔會差得去邊。依間小店坐落於福來邨嘅對面，如果唔係住嗰頭，都真係要特登去搵佢先知。午飯時間去到已經好多人排隊等位，店內位置大約40個左右，如果要搭枱的話，都會幾迫夾。首先要讚落單速度以及送餐速度十分之快。叫咗兩款魚生飯，賣相都唔錯，食落係好味嘅，魚生夠新鮮，佢隻蛋亦都好好味。
