To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前聽朋友說星月樓味道不錯,但第二次及第三次去,就差咗d。我問有幾差,她話無第一次咁驚喜。竟然我都未試過,只係無驚喜啫,但仍可試一下,加上我地9大2小既飯局,也要找個舒適地方開懷大吃,所以我仍舊提出去星月樓。佢係荔枝角B1 出口直行10分鐘,1/f 係煌府,2/f 才係星月樓。6點半到,人不多。伙記也5多。睇完餐牌,發現散叫類不多選擇,於是叫個實惠全包宴。不過,我地將湯羮改為冬瓜盅,加多$100。今次無影食物相,只好筆述。乳豬拼盆:除咗又鞋又韌既鴨外,其他都好味。尤其係叉燒。龍蝦淮山面:味道好味,我食咗好多面螺片黑豚肉:炒得入味,真豚肉夠腍金薯咕嚕肉:好味。始終係沾粉去炸,所以勁多油。如過咗熱力,就見到好多油係底。哈。。。太5健康既美食冬瓜盅:好多料,有蟹絲、帶子碎,我飲咗2碗龍躉:廚師蒸得好正,魚大條又滑魚腐浸菜苗:魚腐好味,湯底也入味雞:5掂。無味又鞋欖菜炒飲:我真係食5落,超飽。朋友話香口。壽桃:細細隻,但都有少少蛋黃最後打包咗3盒野走人。。。。埋單$2088,好抵食,環境又舒適
