依間餐廳真係幾好,先講滷水紅腸墨魚同鵝片。紅腸同墨魚滷得好入味,口感彈牙,鵝片亦非常嫩滑,每一啖都充滿滷水香味,令人回味無窮。再講咸蛋炸蠔餅,外脆內軟,咸蛋黃同蠔肉完美結合,味道濃郁但又唔會太膩,食落去真係滿足。搭配白飯,將滷水汁淋上飯面,簡單又美味,令人食指大動。飲品方面,凍檸檬利賓納係一個清新選擇,酸酸甜甜,飲完好醒神。而王老吉就正好平衡咗滷水同炸物嘅熱氣,清熱解毒。整體而言,呢餐有傳統風味,味道出眾,性價比高。無論係朋友聚餐定係家庭聚會,都係一個好選擇。下次一定會再嚟試其他菜式!
