To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

油麻地砵蘭街，好多茶餐廳，今次行過呢間門面四正的茶餐廳，就入去食下地道港式嘅平民晚飯煲仔菜晚餐。價錢煲仔菜$70左右，包一個小菜及麗湯以及白飯，飲品只需加$3 ，加$10就有得飲。海鮮粉絲什菜煲份量好大埔，而且有魷魚、蝦、知足、以及不同種類嘅蔬菜，湯底味道唔會太鹹，真係有好多新鮮蔬菜，好健康嘅一個煲仔菜。另外都有好多蝦乾，所以好有海鮮味，仲有粉絲，非常之滿足。魚香茄子煲非常地道嘅港式魚香茄子煲，撈飯食最好，非常惹味，好香嘅鹹魚味及肉碎，送飯真係一流，正！

海鮮粉絲什菜煲
