天鴻燒鵝唔單止係元朗出名, 就算區外人都會黎幫襯, 因為真係幾好食。放假既中午又去左食燒鵝, 今次要左個燒鵝飯同燒鵝瀨, 飯麵同價, 不過近排加左價, 之前$50碗, 以家要$52碗, 加幅都算可以接受。燒鵝飯既份量都幾多, 燒鵝皮好有光澤, 燒得幾脆, 連帶有小小脂肪,好香鵝油味, 隻鵝都算肥仔, 有d肉地, 所以食落都幾啖啖肉, 不過今次就有小小韌, 味道搭救番。另外個碗瀨粉係無要求又無加錢情況下, 竟然比左隻燒鵝脾我地, 好開心! 可能見我地成日幫襯啦!燒鵝脾果然係好食d, 瀨粉唔太碎濕, 好滑身, 都幾彈牙, 湯唔油都唔太咸, 又有鵝油香幾好味。下次瞄準燒鵝出爐既時間, 買隻返屋企加餸慢慢歎先!
