睿海御宴係一間新派私房菜,之前聽親友話哩度好食,所以今年做冬就揀左哩度。佢地嘅店面唔算大,分左幾張四人枱,大約坐倒三十人倒。佢地嘅小菜都好多款,價錢就同其他新派茶樓差唔多,茗茶$20/位。前菜($25) - 係師傅自己炒嘅蜜糖合桃,甜甜地好香脆。五香雞卷($88) - 雞卷比想像中大碟,雞肉餡外面以炸腐皮包住,中間再加左啲蔬菜令口感更豐富,食時可以蘸甜酸醬食,味道都唔錯。黑松露蝦仁牛乳炒滑蛋($168) - 炒蛋好重黑松露味,質地比較水潤好嫩滑,中間仲有四隻大蝦,非常新鮮爽口。青檸焗豚肉排($168) - 肉排好嫩腍,帶少少青檸酸味,幾清新開胃。老乾媽海鮮炒飯($228) - 炒飯好夠鑊氣,夠乾身又唔會太油,入面仲加左啲帶子、芥蘭同豆豉落去炒,所以食落去鹹鹹香香咁好惹味。埋單仲有糖水送,係紫米露,唔會太甜,食完好滿足。總結,每一道菜式都好有水準,侍應亦會適時換碟,見我地食得慢,就減慢出菜進度,雖然位置吊腳左啲,不過每一方面都令人滿意。
