To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

東歐餐廳座樓原來有間葡國菜！上到去只剩望廚房bar枱，全程望住廚師們整呀整好似睇緊master chef好正🤭發現好多人點乳豬，下次要試下😆仲有就係廚房忙得黎好整齊有條不紊🤩---🔸Garlic octopus $185開頭以為係日式個d八爪魚仔，原來係大隻個d切片煮，omg第一次食咁好味既八爪魚，好煙韌好香，可惜份量唔多唔夠喉，淨返既蒜油點包食都好正😋-🔸Codfish cake @$35炸鱈魚餅雖然味道老麥塊魚柳差唔多味，但料同質感正好多😄-🔸Carne de porco à Alentejana $298其實就豬肉加d配菜煮蜆🤣傳統菜黎，味道都幾家常feel，蜆好食但得個幾隻，肉塊都煮得腍同入味，可惜整體份量真係較少🥲-🔸砵酒煮梨 $80冇乜驚喜的甜品💁🏻‍♀️-🔸Bolo de Bolacha $85餅乾蛋糕原來係葡萄牙既基本甜品💁🏻‍♀️好岩我，但食多幾啖就滯，配甜酒perfect match幫到我繼續食👍🏽-🔸Moscatel Roxo 2006 $88酒精度高好配合葡式出海風味，但對我黎講too high太啃，不過食住蛋糕飲就不得不讚😋-🔸另一杯port $85---🍽️ Ca
