冬大過年,知道新哥食館重新開業,即刻訂檯同屋企人嚟食冬至飯,晚市例必爆場記得早啲訂位。今日提前同老闆講定食海鮮,因為屋企人鍾意食脆米泡飯,就請老闆特別準備個龍蝦肉脆米泡飯,湯底用老雞熬製,加上龍蝦拆肉,啖啖鮮味。老闆都話打算寫上菜單。除咗龍蝦,我地仲叫左蟶子,蟶子隻隻手掌咁大,蒜蓉粉絲蒸又得,豉汁炒又得,每隻都鮮甜美味。另外仲有蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦,同埋椒鹽鮮魷。嚟到新哥一定要食金牌咕嚕肉,佢個脆漿真係整得非常出色,個汁啲調味又剛剛好,必食推介因為做節,特登介叫左隻新鮮炸子雞,啲皮脆卜卜但啲雞仲係好juicy唔會乾甜品當然要食綠豆爽清心丸,因為冬至所以加左湯丸,食到每個人都捧住個肚走
