To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依家疫情嚴重 去到邊坐低食野都會有一杯水（浸餐具 ）今日行過呢一間門口望落去好像好好味 就坐低食了 搵服務員那杯水 姐姐答我無水 好啦 無水 個筷子係檯面上筷子桶插一日 疫情嚴重我又唔敢去拿 之後就拿左對一次性筷子 買單個時我問個哥哥 點解會貴四蚊 哥哥答我 因為我拿左對一次性筷子 我心唸 算啦大家都唔容易 點知個姐姐答我 （係吖 我對一次性筷子用水浸過既 好乾淨嘛）我爆發了 我問距 咁你地外賣時外賣用品收幾錢 距話 一蚊 咁點解要收我貴四蚊？ 我知大家呢個時候賺錢都不容易 但係無理由係咁搶錢 態度又差 真係以後都唔會去幫襯
