Hidden gem in HK.Chief is so young and quite handsome.Food is surprisingly good; their three yellow chicken, semi-cooked pigeon, leg duck are so nice. Meat is tender, skin is crispy.Talked to the chief, they insist cooking with fresh ingredients only!! That’s why it’s so delicious. It’s also reasonably priced given the food quality, ambience as well as service.BYOB and no service charge 🥹Must visit again.香港小見的法國小酒館。好喜歡他的裝修,真的很有法國路邊小酒館的感覺。食物方法也很驚喜,尤其是原隻三黃雞,其他中環法國餐廳的原隻三黃雞要起碼$800-$1200,這邊只有$480!!!真

香港小見的法國小酒館。
好喜歡他的裝修,真的很有法國路邊小酒館的感覺。
食物方法也很驚喜,尤其是原隻三黃雞,其他中環法國餐廳的原隻三黃雞要起碼$800-$1200,這邊只有$480!!!真的比較抵食,而且雞很新鮮很多汁。
大廚是一個年輕的廚師(幾靚仔😂),我們跟他交談了兩句,他說餐廳所有食材都是新鮮食材,我們真的食得出!因為食物很好吃,吃到食材本身的味道。
朱古力撻超級好食,撻皮很脆,朱古力外脆內軟。超好食,有點似好吃版的心太軟撻。一定要試。(雖然外表不是太花巧)
值得一試,支持香港年輕有心的廚師。
