收工同我女友返元朗wor!咁問女友想食咩啦,佢就話想食打冷,重話佢好好好肚餓,咁打冷我就唸起西裕街啦!西裕街,西菁街一帶都係非常多餐廳嘅地方,而其中一d係非常出名,平時都係人山人海,所以e個地段係餐飲業必爭之地。去到餐廳之後,都係一樣照舊坐滿晒啦,好好彩咁角落頭有張二人枱,店員就立即安排左我地兩個過去啦。咁好肚餓嘅我地馬上就睇下餐牌,叫左以下菜式啦!首先就係大眼雞啦,落單果陣問佢大眼雞同烏頭邊樣好食d啦,店員呀姐話e兩樣都係e度最出名呀!本身其實我都係少食魚,怕魚骨,但係大眼雞本身就魚骨少,好適合我,咁就叫左大眼雞啦,一般潮州食法都係凍食,咁食左落去,魚肉好離骨,呀媽教落魚肉離骨即係魚都係新鮮呀!而魚肉同魚皮都算係容易分開的,咁d魚肉食落去都好濃魚味,有少少鞋,而本身都有咸味,好香鮮魚味,再點埋個豆醬真係好鮮,不愧為餐廳推介。跟住就到蠔餅啦,其實我地都係叫左個細蠔餅,上到枱都嘩左一聲,細嘅都咁大呀!蠔餅賣相ok,炸到金黃色,心唸食落去一定好香脆啦!咁第一啖食落口,就真係非常香脆,而佢蕃薯粉同水嘅份量配合得都幾口,食落去唔會好黐口,而且佢地一d都唔孤寒,裏面啖啖都係蠔肉,而佢d蠔肉同蠔仔

食炸野就當然要有支啤酒啦!

跟住就到蠔仔粥啦,咁我地兩個人就叫左個細啦,黎到之後賣相都非常滿意,都係有好多蠔仔,咁食落去果陣就食得出佢係即叫即做呀!裏面都好足料,有蠔仔,蠔仔size更為細,比較起蠔餅果d蠔細,但係都好肥,啖啖肉,另外就有d肉碎,有蔥粒,重有紫菜,d紫菜品質都唔錯,d湯飲落去都好出紫菜味,但係唯一一個問題就係我感覺唔到大地魚嘅存在,少左大地魚味同埋大地魚嘅口感,差少少,不過都係勝在新鮮,幫襯d成日爆場嘅餐廳有道好,就係d野一定新鮮,貨如輪轉。個蠔仔粥都算係好味呀!

跟住到豆鼓鯪魚油麥菜啦,一黎就已經聞到好香好香啦,碟菜大大碟,好似唔洗錢咁樣,而且食得出係好有鑊氣,可惜就係豆鼓鯪魚較為少,但係補充返碟菜係夠豆鼓鯪魚味呀!可能係師傅炒菜果陣都係用豆鼓鯪魚d油去炒先有咁香呀!都係值得推介。
最後,兩個人,4個餸,1支啤酒,我地係清晒呀!果野價錢唔係好平,但係就性價比高,好味,一定會再去,另外我叫到隔離枱好多海鮮,下次要試下d海鮮先得。
