To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一收工即刻要醫肚，晚上七點幾嚟食，這裏已經坐左好幾張枱，見到好多人嚟食，証明應該唔差，我們叫咗個栗子啫啫雞煲，同埋太極鴛鴦飯，有例湯送，但要facebook share and like.個例湯好好飲，真材實料，不添加任何味精，係豬骨雪耳，個栗子雞啫啫雞煲，超級好食，個雞好入味，有好多配料，有洋蔥，有冬菇，有栗子，栗子好甜，冬菇好入味，朋友都話個雞煲好好食。個太極鴛鴦炒飯都好好食，白色係忌廉汁，好濃烈，有幾隻蝦，好彈口同爽，好好食，另外一個酸酸甜甜的汁，送飯好開謂，係用炒飯，飯好好味，餸同飯都好夠鑊氣同埋火喉。這裡的服務員好好態度，主動，好周到，服務員提你們有湯送，只要有like同埋分享喺facebook有例湯送，食完野之後，仲有馬蹄露糖水送，覺得這裏好好，好舒服，服務員好好，同埋又有歌聽，食物又有多選擇，服務員又主動。
