To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好好味的車仔麵

放假懶洋洋起身唔想煮飯，就去咗屋企附近嘅車仔麵。車仔麵餸的選擇很多，而且價錢亦不貴，所以係平有平食，貴有貴食，車仔麵真係一個豐儉由人嘅好選擇。我叫咗四餸：蘿蔔，炸燒賣，牛腩，韭菜餃配河粉，再加一罐可樂，價錢才是$42！這間店的自家製辣醬非常好味，而且他的湯底配上炸的小蝦米，所以湯底跟平時食嘅車仔麵有所不同，令到整個車仔麵的味道很特別，很好吃，所以很多食客都是老熟客👍🏻另外炸燒賣係必食之一，炸到外脆內軟，好味到有時我會叫一碟小食炸燒賣來吃👍🏻
