To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上水元氣壽司是次次來親都要排隊，好彩有得用手機apps預先排隊。真係方便咗左好多。講真是從呢度裝修左之後。有個架電子列車喺度送壽司，次次放親假個女都話要食元氣壽司。次次來親一定會食炸蝦卷軟，殼蟹手捲，三文魚壽司，芝麻八爪魚，燒三文魚壽司，同埋個囡好鍾意食玉子壽司。次次架車嚟到個女都喺度歡呼，話我要，我要，我負責攞，同埋又要負責叫架車返返去。完全係喺度一邊玩車車一邊食壽司，平時食飯又唔見佢食咁多😅大家一齊食飽飽再去第二度玩。
