To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有人話此店好貴,六十幾元一個包,門面又高又大又豪,個名又豪,今次又試試。二人都有張大枱,望海景,厚厚枱布,好舒服,又唔嘈,假日有特價點心,最便宜都三十幾元,以我所叫點心味道唔係話好好,合水準,賣相其實一般,勝在環境舒服,寛闊,我最欣賞是去廁所經過的走廊,擺設幾件大的彩色琉璃雕塑品,好有氣派。百里香叉燒餐包$36,食唔出百里香的味。松茸金菇卷$36,腐皮淋PADPDAD,好似蒸耐咗。紫菜翠玉桂魚扎$48,桂魚新鮮,有紫菜香味。芥茉脆皮牛腩$88,最低,好多,好淋,有少少粉包住炸。
