看過鱔稿,終於jan 11, 08,4人來dinner,叫咗 : 1) 粟米班片-連魚皮做法,魚片亦炸得香口,可惜個粟米獻汁令佢"淋"咗,1d都唔脆口-粟米獻汁水咗少少-這碟喺咁多碟嚟講失色咗少少2) 油鹽水浸大蜆-全部新鮮,隻隻開口,味道都少鮮,無死味-另1出色,估唔到喺底下嘅粉絲,又多,又唔會腍晒,索埋個湯底(有蔥菜頭+芫茜同煮),好好味,全部撈晒........1條不留3) 蒜蓉唐生菜-清,甜,脆,good4) 油鹽水焗膏蟹$160-最出色嘅1碟,當晚$9/兩,上枱時已見到d膏漏晒出嚟,可想而知真喺好肥美-因為剛剛焗好,所以好熱-有2款膏,軟的甘香,實的起沙(但絶對唔喺死硬派)-肉結實,亦好鮮................我就1路食,1路讚.........真喺無得頂!!5) 白飯x 2碗6) 瀨粉x 1碗- 因喺熟食街市內,所以無環境可言,但可以接受- 之前1日,先預訂本地龍蝦仔.............店員在電話中都唔敢應承我因唔喺日日有貨番。另外,鱔稿講9蝦都好,不過當日無..............鼓油雞亦出名............但留番下次先叫

-粟米獻汁水咗少少-這碟喺咁多碟嚟講失色咗少少

2) 油鹽水浸大蜆
-全部新鮮,隻隻開口,味道都少鮮,無死味
