To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期二Around 1點去到，5mins都唔洗就入得，店內坐滿人，野食都好快到👏👏—————————————————————★喺出面等會比點餐紙，同日本拉麵店一樣，圈想食嘅餐、麵硬度、叉燒肥瘦等，未決定到都可以入去坐低繼續諗👌★可以走蔥、木耳等★枱底有籃比你放袋★枱上有好冰嘅檸檬水、蔥、紙巾等等，杯、匙羹、筷子、牙籤都係喺枱上面自己拎🙌如果唔見有可以通知下★店內有廁所，只可以企到1個人，有提供廁板紙(要注意環保喔🙇)，洗手要出廁所轉左個洗手盤★內有yell card可以扭，但今日去已經係最後一期★店內播嘅都係日文歌，但只有BGM，冇人唱(有和音)★叫完野食會比單你，食完行出去比錢—————————————————————①魚介熊拉麵 $89 (肥叉、中幼麵)▶湯底極濃，但偏鹹▶湯係有d黏個種，即使食個陣唔飲湯，麵上面都有一層湯&蒜油痴住👌▶叉燒有2塊，有層仔脂肪，好軟嫩▶蛋係塘心蛋，蛋黃仲係流質，超好食————————————————————②招牌熊拉麵 $88 (瘦叉、幼麵)▶湯底極濃，但有d鹹▶木耳有d酸(醋)▶湯都係有d黏個種，即使食個陣唔飲湯，麵上面都有一層湯痴住👌▶叉燒有2塊
