今日專登帶嫲嫲爺爺黎食灌湯餃,依度既灌湯餃係皮包住啲湯汁,係比較正宗既做法。而家好多酒樓既灌湯餃都係湯浸住隻餃,唔係好多地方有正宗既灌湯餃食。侍應會幫食客將隻灌湯餃係個籠度拎出去隻碗度。灌湯餃入邊好多湯汁,係一啲比較”杰”既汁,兩老話幾好食😆 上至下:懷舊素翅餃、蛋黃千層糕、龍鳳野雞卷、薑蔥牛肉角、北菇棉花雞、沙律名下筒、鵪鶉蛋燒賣。之後仲有叫做其他點心,呢度有啲點心係我未見過既。例如薑蔥牛肉角、龍鳳野雞卷,好似都係一啲比較懷舊既點心。整體來講所有點心味道都唔錯,唔似連鎖嗰啲酒樓既點心👍🏻呢度既點心用料十足,有好多都係即叫即整。雖然價錢比出面啲酒樓貴,但係真係一分錢一分貨,遲啲有機會一定會再帶屋企人去食。下午茶大中小點都收小點價,$28一款點心。如果想試下既朋友仔可以食下午茶,會平啲。

整體來講所有點心味道都唔錯,唔似連鎖嗰啲酒樓既點心👍🏻呢度既點心用料十足,有好多都係即叫即整。

雖然價錢比出面啲酒樓貴,但係真係一分錢一分貨,遲啲有機會一定會再帶屋企人去食。

下午茶大中小點都收小點價,$28一款點心。如果想試下既朋友仔可以食下午茶,會平啲。
