To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

二月初方才到過帝都酒店參加婚宴,今晚又再來,不過唔係新人咁快有b請飲,而係知道玉庭來了個新廚,大家齊齊去嚐新菜。 現代廚師真多才,既有創意亦富文采,今晚吃到有趣的 fusion 菜色,亦嚐到懷舊手藝,最有趣就是菜名,新菜式等於廚師的新生兒,當然要為親生仔改個好名,江畔如月拍黃瓜、芙蓉百花燕液滾龍珠、嬌艷鮮茄老蛋煎腸粉,係唔係聽到已經好想食? 前菜三道豐味,包括明爐燒汁黑豚叉燒、江畔如月拍黃瓜及紫蘇蒜醋牛油果。 黑豚肉做的叉燒唔會唔好食,拍黃瓜菜名字有詩意,創意方面我最欣賞紫蘇蒜醋牛油果,開頭有啲擔心,加咗中式醬汁嘅水果味道會唔會好怪,原來食落只係酸酸地,份量拿得準,輕輕的令菜式更醒胃,完全沒有蓋過牛油果濃郁兼獨特的口感,有趣無問題! 俗語有話,唔怕生壞名最怕改壞名,呢道嬌艷鮮茄老蛋煎腸粉正好相反,鮮茄炒蛋並非特別又唔係矜貴,用來炒腸粉雖然有啲唸頭,但個名先至最盞鬼,嬌艷配老蛋,老來嬌麼! 其實老蛋只不過是炒熟蛋的意思,廚師真有幽默感!味道方面不只不老,腸粉非常嫩滑,相信是自己製造,因為絕對並非一般坊間買到的厚實,想不到番茄蛋炒腸粉是這麼夾,真係幾好食,真開心,住家早餐又有新款式,

俗語有話,唔怕生壞名最怕改壞名,呢道嬌艷鮮茄老蛋煎腸粉正好相反,鮮茄炒蛋並非特別又唔係矜貴,用來炒腸粉雖然有啲唸頭,但個名先至最盞鬼,嬌艷配老蛋,老來嬌麼!

其實老蛋只不過是炒熟蛋的意思,廚師真有幽默感!味道方面不只不老,腸粉非常嫩滑,相信是自己製造,因為絕對並非一般坊間買到的厚實,想不到番茄蛋炒腸粉是這麼夾,真係幾好食,真開心,住家早餐又有新款式,即時決定找日在家自己做。

香露頭抽爆炒大英鯧魚球是懷舊工夫菜,擺盤型格,炸得香酥不膩,魚肉保持肉汁,水準不俗。

大魚大肉之後配個青菜,漁家濃湯肉碎鮮腐竹浸番薯葉,有湯有菜更易入口,奶白湯頭內更有滑溜的腐皮,十分順口,但今日的番薯苗並非完全腍嫩,帶一點粗野感。

今晚的聚會,新派懷舊粵菜的創作皆有心思,水準不錯,酒店餐廳環境舒適,服務殷勤,價錢合理,最好玩就是菜名,不妨細意讀讀,有點意思!
