To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工路過入嚟食早餐，嚟份經典沙牛麵餐睇下係咩樣先... 二道揀咗餐炒蛋嘢飲熱奶茶。奶茶正常不過無乜茶味，得個奶字二道上檯見係油多呢個就要加分。餐肉正常不過炒蛋明明係奄列式做法應該係要濕濕地仲有蛋漿先叫好，佢呢份就略嫌太乾啦，完全冇咗炒蛋嘅精髓。主角沙牛麵上檯，個賣相真心嘩一聲，乜得D沙牛好似鋪咗一層明膠咁樣嘅。賣相係靚，影出嚟效果都好靚。先將沙牛撈晒落啲湯度，汁可以整濃啲湯，呢樣可讚叉起D麵，掛到汁，唔錯唔錯。不過一送入口，咦？沙牛應有既香味花生味辣味完全欠奉！純粹得番D咸味麵身就軟硬適中，正常。再食一塊牛肉，嘩，應該似係用多咗鬆肉粉醃，直頭有D梅既感覺。整體評價：睇就好睇，食落就好一般。
