To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年吃過的月餅之中,國金軒的包裝也算是數一數二。仿皮的小盒子,中間是金色的國金軒名牌,瑰麗堂皇,送禮一定夠晒大方。這盒是雙黃蓮蓉月,一盒四件,獨立包裝,傳統Size,以圓形的小兜兜盛著,有別於坊間的四方形兜,雖不會增升味道,但設計是時尚的。月餅皮薄,不會太實,白蓮蓉香甜軟滑,蛋黃油水足,幾好味。在晚上吃過不太滿意的晚餐之後,來一點甜,是很好的補償。今年還吃了不少其他品牌的月餅,另文再談。
