To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去yoho都覺得呢間餐廳好靚 好想去試 終於係openrice book咗去食🥳 仲有八折添 見到個menu好多野都想試吓 特別係小食啊😍 一般我一定會嗌黑松露薯條 不過今次被魷魚鬚嘅韓式泡菜醬吸引咗 呢一碟確實係惹味 但整體而言 我覺得一般☝🏻 繼續睇落去就知啦 🦑酥炸魷魚鬚配韓式泡菜醬魷魚鬚份量都正常 但個醬少得可憐 食到最後幾條 要奶埋個碟咁滯 但個醬係幾出色 好惹味酥炸富貴鴨伴森巴醬配黑松露炒飯🍴對於一個黑松露愛好者 一開頭覺得個飯 一般 唔夠重黑松露味 但愈食愈好味🥸 反而個富貴鴨麻麻地 個皮係幾脆 但肉好乾身 醬汁亦都比得好少🥺和牛漢堡配薯條🍟 和牛係medium rare 肉質juice 係唔錯嘅 味道: 🧡🧡性價比:🧡🧡🧡服務: 🧡🧡環境: 🧡🧡🧡🧡

魷魚鬚份量都正常 但個醬少得可憐 食到最後幾條 要奶埋個碟咁滯 但個醬係幾出色 好惹味

對於一個黑松露愛好者 一開頭覺得個飯 一般 唔夠重黑松露味 但愈食愈好味🥸 反而個富貴鴨麻麻地 個皮係幾脆 但肉好乾身 醬汁亦都比得好少🥺
