對於牛腩河我係百食不厭,由於我胃容量大,所以我每次都會嗌加底,每間餐廳嘅做法都唔同,但係呢間就比我一個好細心嘅感覺。因為好多時加底的話,啲粉就好快會索晒啲湯,所以食到中途就淨係食乾嘅粉。而呢間就會將湯另上,包保你食到最尾都會有湯飲。與此同時佢個湯底飲完都唔會口渴!
