To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到的是午餐時間，當然要等啦！元氣門口放左部派飛機，攞飛要輸入電話有檯就打比你！等左兩個字後，我電話響起係元氣打黎提提我十五分後會有檯，又幾好喎，有時行緊商場，真係唔知時間！好快安排到有檯，今次坐入面bar檯！都幾好喎，對正迴轉壽司帶，滿滿碟碟壽司、刺身、小食，睇到即該攞幾碟試下。三文魚刺身新鮮，辣味三文魚好味保持到，帶子壽司，蔥吞拿魚壽司，鮭壽司，……最後當然試下午餐，我叫左牛肉烏冬$35無其他前菜跟，一般牛肉烏冬，份量好似得半個！我朋友叫左個醬油刺身飯跟湯$58，只有三文魚粒及吞拿魚粒沒有其他，份量迷你！男士食一定唔夠飽！
