數天前同屋企人討論出嚟食個晚飯,佢就鍾意食中菜多啲,於是揾下鰂魚涌一帶有咩餐廳,揾到英皇道1001號8樓龍莊好似不錯喎,有我勁鍾意食嘅蟹🦀仲有好多餸菜都好吸引,於是book咗食晚飯🫖龍蟹膳 $588————————————用成隻肉蟹做兩食,正到爆呀😍一道係上湯煮肉蟹,蟹嘅精華同上湯混合,又香又鮮甜。肉蟹好新鮮,煮過後肉質仍然飽滿有彈性,真係啖啖肉!尤其食蟹鉗嘅時候,一大條蟹肉抽到出嚟真係正到爆🥹上菜時已經夾咗殼,再附上手套同濕紙巾,咁就食得滋味啦!另一道係招牌蟹王煎腸粉,依道菜運用到中式點心嘅概念,都幾有趣😆腸粉煎到香噴,撈埋蟹肉同濃稠嘅蟹王食,邪惡但好食😋大吟釀煮花蛤 $208————————————超大隻花蛤,勁肥美呀,肉質新鮮彈牙,冇沙!揮發後嘅大吟釀令花蛤更凸顯鮮甜味道,花蛤肉吸引晒啲湯底精華👍🏼意式醋香骨 $108————————————中意合壁,醋本身能起到增強食慾、促進消化嘅作用,醬汁喺一嚿嚿Spareribs表面收汁,非常入味,而且非常開胃,唔會覺得膩,依個意式醋帶有天然嘅酸度,再加上蜜糖/蜜汁一齊煮,甜甜蜜蜜嘅味道,好特別👍🏼最後仲點咗木桶豆腐花食,真係超豐富嘅一餐!
