To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我好少去大角咀，但為咗食好食嘅潮州菜，所以諗住約埋幾個朋友去試吓🤭 幾日前開始打電話去book位，我諗真係前前後後打咗差唔多20次，最後終於有人聽，成功book咗平日夜晚4位👍🏻宮廷醉鴿 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️原本以為細細隻，點知上枱見到份量好大，擺盤好靚！食落好好味，肉質嫩滑，最後梗係成隻清晒啦🥰酒香鵝肝 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️先叫咗半份，大約有8-10塊，鵝肝好滑啊，酒香濃郁入晒味，食完之後我哋再encore多半份🤤滷水鵝腎 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️第一次食鵝腎，好食喎，食落爽口，但係唔會太靭太硬，滷水好入味，推薦👍🏻滷水鵝片 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️鵝片好滑大大塊，但係咸咗啲，最後我哋點咗少少酸汁食先中和返個咸味，不過整體都好值得試！蠔餅 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️好耐冇見過咁大個蠔餅，出邊嗰啲餐廳越嚟越縮水！蠔餅好脆，蠔仔好大隻，真係食唔停口，雖然好好食，但始終炸嘢真係有啲熱氣😆尚御炒飯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️炒飯好好食，係用瓦煲上，個飯好大個，但係我哋四個女仔好快就清晒啦😁薑蔥豬油大地魚撈麵 ⭐️呢個係負分之作，絕不推介😅 個麵一餅餅黐埋一齊，咩味都冇，剩係得好重嘅鹼水味☹️
