今日同媽媽食下午茶,諗起淥鼎記下晝有茶飲所以帶佢試吓,佢試完話啲嘢好食,款式又唔錯,話下次要再嚟。下午茶時段14:00-16:00 截單時間為15:30,都見唔少人排隊,可以用GULU攞飛,下午茶點心款唔係好多,可以揀另一張正價點心叫,價錢都合理。下午茶孖寳有ABC三組,可以A+B 同 C+B組合,唔明點解冇A+C組合呢?1.(孖寶) 野菌鮮蝦菜苗餃 + 三文魚腩刺身 :豆苗餃正正常常冇乜特別,三文魚腩刺身都幾厚,幾肥美2. 蟲草花叉燒腸粉:腸粉幾滑,味道唔算特出3. 黑松露三文魚酥:款式比較特別,唔係間間點心都有,味道幾好,酥皮香脆,可能都酥皮嘅關係有少少油,整體嚟講係好👍呢個價錢我覺得可以4. 荔枝百花球:呢個造型好靚,驟眼望落去都好似,入邊係蝦膠,出面係紅色嘅脆米5. 抹茶脆皮鳳梨叉燒包:幾特別嘅味道,比一般嘅雪山叉燒包好食,可能有菠蘿嘅關係所以食落冇咁滯,不過綠茶粉好似少咗啲唔夠色,冇乜綠茶味,但係都好好食,上枱果陣重係暖嘅👍6. 花膠蟲草上湯鮮竹卷:呢個比想像中好食,因為平時食嗰啲多數都係用腐皮嚟做,但呢個係用腐竹👍做嘅所以我覺得好食,花膠大概係兩隻手指甲咁大,味道唔錯,個
