To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司係附近，所以係OpenRice 搵到呢間食肆見大家食評都偏好，於是一試。第一次食蠔仔粥連2個粿（$55）， 好食，女士食份量剛好至偏少，但價錢合理。所以有下次…..第二次食潮州滷三寶飯（滷水鵝肉，鵝腸，鵝肝，仲有1？2？片滷豆腐）連湯（$75），味道係好嘅，鵝肉唔鞋，鵝腸爽，一個人食就多咗DD ，不過超滿足，所以又有下次….第三次：潮式芋頭焗飯連湯（$55）一路都好想試呢個飯，今次終於試到勁大盒，入面有芋頭粒、豬膶肉粒、臘味粒、蝦米仔、蝦、蔥粒，除咗蝦梅咗外，整個飯都十分出色，一口一口唔停咁食，食晒為止。絕對推薦呢間店
