To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Throw back to last Sep友人飯局去食潮州菜果期好hit 要訂位先得訂咗位結果都係六個人坐到膀頭貼膀頭兩張細麻雀枱拍埋咁坐門口位六個人 放埋碗筷同杯 張枱放兩三個餸已經無晒位鬼叫我地唔係熟客 人地有大圓枱無人坐都輪唔到我地坐間舖都唔大 可能真係留返啲枱俾貴客罷了既然唔打算再黎 一野叫晒佢所謂嘅撚手小菜千層豬耳宮廷醉鴿酒香鵝肝醉香鮑魚滷水拼盤蟶子王沙薑醬蹄尚御炒飯蠔餅老實講我本來都鍾意食潮州菜 所以好啱我口味啲醉香真係有酒味 啲涼菜落好多麻油好鬼香可惜分量好少 我地真係每人一啖就清晒一碟唯有食晒早啲走去第二度再飲飲食食隔咗半年有多最有印象係個沙薑醬碲同鵝肝
