To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎過呢間餐廳4-5次, 每次都会被佢嘅服務搞到吾安樂, 但冇計。。。呢頭冇乜選擇,而佢嘅食物又的確幾好食!有一次食lunch,order左25-30mins個飯都未黎, 於是問一個男侍應,佢連個菜名都未聽又吾睇下 就話“嚟緊啦吾好催單” 加上唔耐煩(燥底)嘅語氣。 最後等咗40mins以上,我其他同事已經食完趕住走, 再問另一個姐姐先成功幫我追到個飯。。。 其實好明顯係漏咗單,但個男侍應又唔願意理下客人需求,令到客人 白白浪費寶貴既放飯時間去等 🤷🤷第二次,我哋落完order後 先發現有野想改。我立即搵返幫我地落單個姐姐,佢話落咗order 師傅已經整好 出緊嚟,但成件事只係發生2mins內既事。經過多年出外用膳嘅經驗都知,如果佢即刻向廚房截住張單就可以, 我唔信佢2分鐘已經出得餐,只係佢唔願意做多一步而已。然後佢將由其他枱收到嘅menu 擺晒係我哋枱面上,一邊慢慢整理 一邊碎碎念我地。 佢唔願意幫客人都算,但之後既態度也避免太差了 公然喺客人枱上整佢既嘢 仲要畀說話我哋聽🤷🤷希望管理層見到之後,會認真改善樓面的服務!
