To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排係openrice搵西營盤餐廳，已經見呢間無乜負評，幾多好評，同埋話有人情味，所以就lunch就去試下。係街度唔係好顯眼，好易擦身而過。入去入面，裝修都係行昏暗格局。當時12nn，未算有太多人。一入去就有好友善既姨姨招呼坐低。留意冷氣較大，建議自備衣物。聽個名以為係食台灣野，原來都係食西式、意粉之類。叫左個菠菜雞意粉set，有湯同野飲。意粉幾好，唔會太淋，挺身；雞肉算好味，仲有d菠菜。汁唔錯。整體幾好食。南瓜湯略淡熱啡中規中距；隻碟好靚食完都幾飽。而且服務周到，姐姐經常會問你洗唔洗落單，幫你收走餐具等，唔洗擔心應接不暇。開頭覺得冷氣大都會安排入面冷氣細d既位比你（雖然都差不多...)整體幾好，之後都會再黎試下其他食物
