To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過大角咀發現一間交通方便很有日本風味的拉麵店，一入店的時間也下午2點多，很多店都有下午落班的習慣,不過店員沒有因為這個原因而黑面,反之熱誠地把餐牌比我還有清水一杯,當叫餐後大約5分鐘倒小食已到是一份餃子,效率好快,餃子皮薄很香還有一點點肉汁不太油很好食,跟住主菜來啦係我叫的招牌牛油拉麵一看便之拉麵師父沒有因為快落班而馬馬虎虎了事,開始時因為自已吾知塊牛油有什麽用,所以只由它溶入湯中,湯中有牛油香也不大濃麵好食材料足,分量足夠.
