To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不愧自稱鴨大哥!每次去鴨大哥都會點他的的鴨湯泡飯,和片皮鴨。他的鴨湯有濃郁的鴨香味還有少許藥材味,但味道濃香而不膩⋯⋯食的時候記得先分好湯飯,然後每人再各自加上炸米,兩種米飯的口感和湯混在一起,口感非常豐富!他的片皮鴨,可叫半份,肉質鮮美,薄餅也做得很好並份量充足,食的時候最好每點配料都加一點,才能享受片皮鴨的正宗風味和鴨大哥的心思!其他點心我比較少食,因每次點以上那兩項而滿足大部份的胃口,其他的只是配角。
