To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鹿角巷一開店已引起廣大迴響,本想已過了一陣子,熱潮會減退,那知道排隊的人還是這麼多。我去買時是晚上8點左右,排了大約25分鐘才有得買,本來最想試小鹿出抹,因為本身喜歡抹茶,但見到寫住售罄,所以點了鹿丸可可鮮奶。它的鹿丸的確有過人之處,夠大粒又非常煙韌,正是我喜歡的質感。鹿丸的味道又有濃濃的黑糖味,是比坊間一般的出色。本身我是很怕甜的,一向喝珍珠奶茶都要走糖,這個鹿丸系列是不可以更改甜度的,我一開始怕它會好甜,但居然也不是,它的可可並不是甜的那一種,而是走濃厚路線及帶朱古力香,要我說,我會覺得有點像瑞士小姐即沖朱古力那一種。味道雖好,但說到價錢要28元一杯,分量也少,重點是實在要等太久,整體性價比反而被拉低了。將來如果沒有人潮的時候,可能我才會去再試。
