To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch time 食過幾次,每次都要等好耐位, 野食普通, 食過冬陰功海鮮炒飯,不過不失。唯是侍應於座位安排極度需要改善。午飯時間勁多人,但一有空位淨係俾曬d 2人台,看不到侍應有意慾安排俾其他多人的台。今次等左成30分鐘都未有位,但眼見有幾班人遲來又無拎籌的就入左去, 店外成十幾人拎左籌又無得入,就問店員點解,店員就話:佢地係老闆的朋友! 哦~原來如此! 即係如果你得一個鐘食飯的話,出面好多人等位而你又吾係佢老闆朋友的話,就真係勸你吾好去等喇,拎左籌都未必俾台你叫你入去。為什麼不直接關門做私房菜呢老闆?
