呢間餐廳我收藏左差不多一年,今日終於可以一嘗滋味。餐廳氣氛很浪漫,每張枱上都有一個小蠟燭。餐廳以蒲公英和羽毛置於夢境一樣感覺。桌上有玫瑰露水毛巾抹手,餐牌製作成一本story book咁,隨意地點了6 shades of flavor,特意有一款surprise dish上桌先會揭曉。熱辣辣嘅牛角包🥐🥐🥐第一個Surprise dish係馬糞海膽味增醬燉蛋,甜與鹹調配恰當,每口燉蛋都散發陣陣海膽鮮香乳酪雪糕 紫薯蓉配pan seared 鵝肝,加入食用花作裝飾,賣相夢幻到唔捨得食🙌🏽慢煮龍蝦配三款醬料,pepper sauce, mustard cream sauce 同wasabi foam,由底部開始食上去,味道更富層次。第一次試到有可作刺身食嘅Cod Fish,外層微微煎香,肉質保持軟滑感,蕃茄粒加上非常creamy嘅蜆汁一併食,更滋味同桌點的和牛Tenderloin,旁邊配上seasonal veggie是日甜品係提子配basil雪糕,上面有一塊杏仁脆片👍有多款茶選擇,我揀咗最愛嘅jasmine tea嚟送餐廳自家製嘅truffle chocolate作結😌
