如果你同我一樣都係好鍾意食大閘蟹。。。如題啦如果你同我樣都係好鍾意食大閘蟹我強烈介紹大家一定要來天后地鐵站出邊嘅御名軒食個晚飯上個星期同一班志同道合一齊嚟到食大閘蟹,最主要嘅原因就係呢一度嘅大閘蟹抵食又好食,最緊要係大隻得嚟爆多膏!一齊人即刻叫經理蒸蟹因為呢度嘅蟹係即叫即攞去正所以呢要等耐少少嘅時間大概要20分鐘,是日我哋揀咗嘅大閘蟹係四至五兩重$78隻嘅公蟹睇你來大閘蟹之前先飲咗個余銘軒即日時令燉湯,今日嘅靚湯系姫從蓉螺頭湯足料美味又滋補養顏,湯渣都好多果然係陸續料嘅酒樓,螺頭煲出嚟鮮甜美味。正!飲完湯傾陣計大閘蟹終於上枱喇!$78.1隻四至五兩重嘅公蟹,實在抵食,自己響街買都要至少要80蚊隻,又要自己蒸,攪呢攪路,都係酒樓食最正,一來蒸的火力夠均衡,蟹更正,二來減少自己整的麻煩。不過好多酒樓d 蟹好細隻,可能得三兩,拆至肉時無咩膏,食左兩啖又要拆,呢度的蟹大得泥夠多膏,$78 值回票價仲有賺!我地仲叫左燒味拼盤,呢度燒味真係幾靚,尤其係個叉燒,有光澤,蜜味香濃,肥瘦適中,上品其他如油雞,薰蹄等都同樣好味!另外不得不讚佢地嘅臘味飯用上潤腸,臘腸,臘肉,份量多,瓦煲飯又入味,正!冬天必

食左咁多肉, 叫左個睇個名好似好普通,食落好好食嘅蝦子野菌豆腐,
用布包豆腐炸完再煮,豆腐香滑無比賠償唔同嘅菇菌類,清淡得來亦都由蝦子嘅香味!立即平衡返油膩感!正!

呢個蟹粉小籠包製作需時,等左幾個字之後終於黎到啦!先講佢皮薄,餡多肉汁亦都好多!裏面嘅湯汁滿瀉咁滯!明顯見到蟹粉嘅黃油!配上少少蟹醋果然一流!
一個咁圓滿嘅大閘蟹宴就咁完成最值得推介嘅就係佢哋嘅大閘蟹,大隻多膏有驚喜!啱晒愛蟹之人!
