To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 話時話喺尖沙咀想搵間車仔麵的確唔容易,望穿秋水終於有一間似樣嘅車仔麵店,呢間食店之前喺元朗已經起晒朵,好多食客特登入去,就算要排隊也在所不計,師傅我當然冇咁神心啦,所以呢間食店開到出尖沙咀,才有機會試下佢。其實師傅前前後後到嚟過幾次,感覺都唔錯,所以如果一支公又喺尖沙咀又想食車仔麵的話,呢間食店絕對係唯一選擇。既然呢期講緊車仔麵,咁又點少得呢間食店呢? 好,趁師傅今日得閒,走入去食個下午茶。呢間食店嘅形式係要自己捧餐,行入去就排隊落單,想食乜就同個收銀姐姐講,講完畀錢攞飛,跟住就去排隊攞嘢食 ,過程同老麥嗰啲冇乜分別,不過佢嗰個秩序都算幾好 ,加上下午茶時段,冇乜人,所以師傅一行到入去唔使排隊,直接去到個收銀姐姐面前,收銀姐姐好有禮貌,師傅行埋去佢就即刻問揀乜嘢麵底 ,左諗右諗最後揀左油麵, 之後揀咗四個餸分別係豬紅,豬皮,豬腸同牛柏葉,配上中辣,落完單畀完錢,攞張飛行去等攞食物。等咗唔使好耐一碗熱辣辣嘅車仔麵就放咗喺枱面,之後師傅當然要自己攞返埋個位度,冇招呼架坐低就開餐。一如以往先試下個湯底,湯底味道香甜,濃濃的,吸引,再加上中辣,湯底變得更惹味,不錯,佢個辣汁真係辣,師傅都未有膽

等咗唔使好耐一碗熱辣辣嘅車仔麵就放咗喺枱面,之後師傅當然要自己攞返埋個位度,冇招呼架
坐低就開餐。一如以往先試下個湯底,湯底味道香甜,濃濃的,吸引,再加上中辣,湯底變得更惹味,不錯,佢個辣汁真係辣,師傅都未有膽量挑戰大辣🙈。再嚟試下個豬紅,豬紅一粒粒,細細的,入口煙煙韌韌,而且滷得入味,有咬口之餘又唔會碎濕濕,一口一粒非常好味,絕對係必食推介。

再試下豬皮,豬皮就比較曳, 入口唔算爽口,但又未算好腍,屬於嗰種半爽多腍嘅狀態,口感普通,唯一可取就係炆得好入味,所以塊塊豬皮都好多汁 ,味道可以但口感,普通
。再試豬腸,豬腸本身幾肥幾厚身
,係師傅鍾意嗰種,肥肥哋咁樣入口先至正,加上蚊得幾腍,有咬口之餘又唔會太硬太韌,非常好,絕對另一個必食推介。至於牛柏葉又係一個敗筆之作
,真係唔知係本身個牛柏葉差定係佢煮得差,感覺係好想將個牛柏葉煮到好爽口,但入口感覺就係硬,根本上談不上爽口,師傅唔知係本身個質地係咁定係佢煮得曳,基本上牛柏葉係可以不吃。

最後當然要講一講個油麵,老老實實師傅其實好少食油麵,係今日心血來潮先試試佢,油麵本身真係幾油咁,但唔係油膩嗰隻,滑滑的,爽囗彈牙,麵非常香,好好味,應該好味過幼麵或者米粉,所以呢個油麵係掂


總括嚟講車仔麵喺呢區真係難得搵到一間半間,而且都算係好味,呢間食店整體係不俗,價錢亦合理,49蚊四餸一麵,環境乾乾淨淨,舒舒服服,所以一定會再黎。值得一提碗麵係會放兩條菜心,啱晒師傅呢啲成日覺得食菜係唔扺食嘅人,笑臉可以俾啦。
