To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日師傳一支公喺老銅,諗緊食乜好之際,忽然醒起呢度有間車仔麵,都算歷史悠久。從前師傅都黎唔少次,係近期少左,可能少左喺呢區,又可能因為附近開多左間車仔麵啦,而師傅對呢間食點印像一向都係普普通通,不過既然寫得車仔麵又點少得佢呢?入到食店,人又唔多,唔知關唔關呢期少遊客呢? 不過師傅一於少理,入到去坐低,就攞張紙出黎埋頭苦幹咁劃。於是一口氣劃左六個餸,先叫米粉,餸就揀左辣豬紅,辣豬皮 ,豬腸,牛筋,牛柏葉同埋墨魚卷,配上腩汁同埋中辣,跟住就將張單交左比伙計。等左唔使好耐就有得食,呢間食店向來出位嘅都係個辣汁,所以如果唔食辣,其實真係倒不如唔好黎,所以先試湯底,湯底香香濃濃,味道不俗,再撈埋佢個辣醬汁,簡直係非常惹味,中辣都真係有一定辣度,唔係講玩笑嘅。再試下個辣豬紅,點解叫做辣豬紅,因為佢真係用辣汁滷豬紅,坦白講坊間有豬紅嘅食店都唔少,但係講到明自己係辣嘅,呢間應該係其中一間。豬紅本身都幾滑口,一粒粒的豬紅,入口都算舒服,唔會一夾就散,加上辣口幾鬼惹味,所以次次師傅黎都會食呢個辣豬紅。至於辣豬皮都係同一道理,坊間真係好少有地方會整辣豬皮,雖然佢嘅辣豬皮煮得唔爽,係腍口,但係唯一欣賞佢嘅地

至於豬腸就真係炆得幾腍,不過口感就好曳,入口感覺係有渣,普通,基本上可以不食。至於牛栢葉份量都唔少,灼得幾爽口,加埋呢個辣汁一齊食,都真係可以,不俗。之後就到牛筋,牛筋炆得好腍,入口鬆軟加上黏嗰種口感,非常好。最後係墨魚卷,呢個就比較敗筆,一條墨魚卷好地地,比佢切到好薄,咁樣分分鐘仲薄過炸魚片,加上口感普通,唯一可取係墨魚幾香,但再食機會不大。米粉沒有特別,正正常常。

總括黎講食物質素亦都算中規中矩,辣豬紅同辣豬皮真係值得一試,因為坊間唔係好多地方有,環境正常唔會話超乾淨,亦都唔算話好污糟,價錢都唔算話好相宜,十蚊一個餸 ,六餸一麵埋單70蚊,加多支汽水80蚊走人,抵食度唔見得,不過唯一可取係佢嘅辣真係幾辣同惹味,如果鍾意食辣嘢又咁啱又想食車仔麵的話,呢間都係不錯嘅選擇。

五個餸師傅又唔多夠,七個餸又多過頭,除非碗麵係超級大碗,否則師傅通常都係食六個餸一麵。曾經有人同師傅訴說,叫師傅多寫食評,如果有時間,師傅當然會滿足所求啦。是次笑臉可以比,係因為辣豬紅同辣豬皮,但再黎就要睇緣份。
