第二次嚟到寿々乃,上次午餐非常滿足。由於佢哋booking 好full ,終於book到今晚試吓佢哋100%嘅實力。好好彩今晚只係得4位客人,可以同師傅多啲交流。先上一個前菜拼盤,個裝飾好似禮物咁你可以親手拆開,好有儀式感。裏便都係秋尾嘅應節食物,包括銀杏、太刀魚八幡卷、明太子鯛魚絲、烏魚子、栗子。 之後有個啱季節嘅湯,係燒秋刀魚山之子煮湯,山之子係各式唔同嘅菇菌。係食緊前菜時已經準備緊接住落嚟嗰五道刺身。亦係開始睇表演嘅時間,先上羽太刺身,肉質結實,配醋橘同檸檬醋同食。之後有嚟自天草嘅縞鰺,又肥又爽。之後食水八爪魚加醬油漬wasabi,師傅將成條八爪魚嘅拎出嚟俾我哋睇,相當之巨型。跟著又有北寄貝,將佢拍落砧板度仲識得郁。最後仲有根子配蕪菁。係食刺身當中,仲有炸沙甸魚苗餅俾我哋餸酒,相當香口。之後嘅兩度季節料理分別係香箱蟹同埋昆布醬油燒白子。唔洗剝殼嘅蟹等於已經贏晒。白子亦味濃。都係當做食物。之後嘅壽司環節更加係全晚重點。有靜岡金目鯛連皮,有好似阿凡達生物嘅八角魚、肥肥嘅鰤、槍尤魚、昆布漬帶子、岩手県甜蝦、啱曬季節嘅北海道秋刀配薑蔥、冇人唔鍾意嘅中拖羅、大拖羅,反而擺去太拖羅後邊食嘅極

之後嘅兩度季節料理分別係香箱蟹同埋昆布醬油燒白子。唔洗剝殼嘅蟹等於已經贏晒。白子亦味濃。都係當做食物。

之後嘅壽司環節更加係全晚重點。有靜岡金目鯛連皮,有好似阿凡達生物嘅八角魚、肥肥嘅鰤、槍尤魚、昆布漬帶子、岩手県甜蝦、啱曬季節嘅北海道秋刀配薑蔥、冇人唔鍾意嘅中拖羅、大拖羅,反而擺去太拖羅後邊食嘅極品赤身醬油漬「天身」。當然仲有一條海膽手卷結尾,非常精彩。師傅仲額外醒咗一舊沙甸魚壽司俾我同秋刀魚比較。

最後連味噌湯都有魚肉,非常鮮味。甜品有夕張嘅紅肉蜜瓜同紅豆羊羹。

埋單唔計酒水,$1880加一。呢度賣點絕對係當中嘅過程,師傅唔會冷落你,娛樂性豐富,好似上咗一堂咁樣。
