朋友知我鍾意食西班牙菜,於是帶我去Sabor食西班牙私房菜。Sabor位於上環的商業大廈裡,門牌並不顯眼,感覺都幾低調喎。呢度地方雖然細細地,但座位都幾寬闊,坐得都幾舒服架。加上客人不多,環境比較寧靜,亦望到上環一帶的夜景,感覺相當舒適寫意丫。原來呢度每一碟菜都係細細地,這樣我們兩個就可以食多些不同的菜式,感覺都幾特別和貼心。朋友一早就到了餐廳等我。我來到無耐,侍應馬上為我們端上兩杯 Sangria。汽酒帶微甜的水果味,感覺都幾清新,只可惜對於我們不飲酒的女生來說卻有少許濃烈,我都飲到 wing wing 地,朋友飲了一大半之後,便越講越興奮,好像已經飲醉了。前菜有醃過的橄欖、青葵及豆類等。味道有些帶點鹹香,有些是酸酸辣辣,都幾開胃。還有一款前菜蕃茄多士 (Pa Amb Tomaquet),細細條蒜蓉多士外脆內軟,蕃茄蓉亦加上橄欖油和香草,既減少蕃茄味的酸,也帶出一點點蒜香味和橄欖油香,相當滋味。Clams in fish sauce 是魚湯煮蜆,蜆的份量都幾豐富喔,每一隻蜆肉已經融入了魚湯的鮮味,沒有腥味之餘而是有清甜的魚湯味道。餘下少許魚湯淺嚐一下,原來還有洋蔥粒,味道清甜。Gri
