To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是晚懶洋洋的，唔想落街食飯，又再打電話去德記叫外賣，今次叫了雲吞麵及炸魚皮：共有五粒雲吞，包得很好，唔易散，皮薄餡多，鮮蝦足料入味，與豬肉的比例，約 7：3，恰到好處！麵質爽口彈牙，掛湯力強！炸魚皮，獨立封包，避免潮濕及減少碎裂。把炸魚皮放入熱辣辣的湯麵中，會發出『噼噼啪啪』的聲音，浸腍了的魚皮，混合全碗麵一併來吃，另有一番口感，效果不錯；也可直接放入口中，當零食一般的吃，亦香脆可口！味道夠濃，甜度適中，好飲！
