To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日母親節,因為母親大人話要食片皮鴨,所以我哋一早提前book 定呢間「家傳滬曉」。我哋黎到,出面已經聚集左勁多人,我有啲覺得前枱既安排好吾夠,有啲人等入位,有啲人等拎票,又沒有分排隊,啲人係咁湧上黎,我哋都等左10-15分鐘先入到去,真係安排得好差。之後我地點左以下食物:1)北京填鴨2)紅燒蟹肉魚翅3)砂鍋雲吞雞4)雜果糖醋魚5)杞子腐竹娃娃菜6)楊州炒飯7)小籠包8)干煸四季豆我個人覺得佢哋啲食物都係中規中矩,沒有特別覺得好好,味道真係好一般,相對呢個價錢,我覺得吾係好值,不過節日關係,沒辦法啦。
