To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日晚餐想食越南菜,結果4人去食新野(megabox 8樓米子越南菜)我地叫咗越南春卷(外表吸引,味道都唔錯,一碟4件,好可惜每件半條好細件),芒果軟蟹米子卷(味道幾好,又係幾細件),生牛肉湯河(生肉已經熟晒,湯底唔好飲,而且係金邊粉唔係河粉),海鮮菠蘿炒飯(完全唔掂好似茶餐廳海鮮炒飯),虎蝦蛋包飯(賣相可以味道一般,隻虎蝦係好唔新鮮),粵式牛肉炒金邊粉(呢個最離譜簡直就係茶記嘅乾炒牛河差唔多),總括嚟講我個人唔會再光顧。
